List Academic Internship Positions

All three academic departments of the College of Architecture, Planning and Design (architecture, interior architecture and product design, and landscape architecture/regional and community planning) maintain active academic internship programs. The programs include a spring/summer internship of 28-30 week duration, taken during the fourth year of the five-year programs. The internship must be paid and is taken for credit. Students may also participate in summer internships of 8-10 weeks. Credit for summer internships varies by department.

It is the responsibility of our students to make contact with employers seeking academic interns. CAPD cannot guarantee successful hiring of an academic intern from posting an academic internship position vacancy on our website.
